Bad habits can be broken but it isn’t easy. It’s like smoking a cigarette. You might tell yourself how you will quit one day but it never happens. Bad habits are much the same way. You can’t simply break bad habits because they’re deeply ingrained in you. That’s why you need to make the effort to not just convince yourself but to physically make the effort in breaking your bad habits before you end up deeply regretting it down the line.
